Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GST) may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates, We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after dispatch.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar), We ship across the GCC. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Orders For shipping outside the UAE and GCC, please contact us at Info@berryandkiwico.com before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Duties For GCC and international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Berry & Kiwi Co. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Info@berryandkiwico.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right!
